HISTORY

IMG was born from the artisan marble workmanship  of Costanzo’s family and, throughout the years, adding  high-tech machinery combined with the passion for stones  reached to be as one of the best company  both nationally and internationally, especially in construction and furnishings.
 IMG directly imports marble and granite from all over the world and it is specialized in production of slabs and tiles of all types of national or international marble and granite, with a production capacity that  can surely  satisfy any request.
IMG has  machines with advanced technology that are able  to reduce the production costs and improve the quality standards; these machines are available to  customers to satisfy their particular needs and  the natural beauty of marble and granite.
Precision and punctuality are main characteristics that make  IMG a company specialized in the field and ensure that customer loyalty.

In recent years many productions of great importance have been done both in the field of large or smaller projects, such as Skyscrapers in New York, FAO in Rome, the Diocesan Museum in Gaeta, University Federico II of Naples-  Biotechnology, cruise ships and residential sector.

PRODUCTION AND EQUIPMENT

Satisfying the needs of customers is the main objective of  IMG. Over the last few years, new machines were installed fully automatic to perform all types of work and make every kind of product.
In the last period has been greatly increased production capacity by installing a water jet and CNC milling machine with 5 axes interpolated. The polishing lines have also been upgraded to, and was installed a vacuum coating line for marble and granite fully automatic. This facility, for those who have natural stones such as onyx with structural problems , ensures the integrity of each slab, thanks to the vacuum coating process that covers all defects such as cracks and imperfections of natural stone to guarantee perfect quality.
The slabs treated in this way get a much better polishing, since with the vacuum treatment also micro porous surface are completely filled.
The resin process is performed with the help of an anthropomorphic robot. The IMG is proud to be the first company in Italy and perhaps in the world to have such technology.
The company, due to the installed machinery, is able to offer a variety of finishes on the surface of natural stone: it is also available in addition to polishing,  honed, hammered, brushed, sand blasted and flamed.

SERVICES

The IMG has its own technical department. It develops printing projects and drawings of the work to be executed. It also has a laptop that can be installed on site that is able to draw any surface of any shape and dimension  and everything can be computerized with millimetric precision .  Each work step is followed with diligence and competence, from the choice of materials  to the finishing product ; often the works are handmade by skilled craftsmen and  installation assistance is provided after the sale of artifacts.
